District helps fund Bloomington bioswale and raingardens

In partnership with the city of Bloomington and Metro Blooms, the District this year helped fund Green Streets for Blue Waters, a project to help mitigate stormwater runoff into the Minnesota River. As a result of these efforts, stormwater runoff is being treated and infiltrated, and solids and phosphorus removed. Go to full article at Metro Blooms.
